    Refund Policy

    At DigiHoper, we believe in transparent communication, ethical payments, and responsible service delivery. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be processed for services, classes, workshops, training programs, consultations, or any other payment made to DigiHoper.

    By making a payment to DigiHoper, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Refund Policy.

    1. General Payment Policy

    All payments made to DigiHoper are accepted only for genuine services, classes, workshops, consultations, digital marketing work, website development, branding, or related business purposes.

    DigiHoper follows a strict payment policy and ensures that every payment is recorded properly for service confirmation, invoice generation, and refund processing where applicable.

    2. Refund for Services

    If DigiHoper receives payment from a client for any service or work and DigiHoper is unable to start, execute, or complete the committed work due to any internal reason or inability from our side, the client’s eligible payment will be refunded within 7 working days.

    Refunds under this clause will be processed only after proper verification of:

    • Payment received
    • Service committed
    • Work status
    • Client details
    • Transaction proof
    • Refund eligibility

    Once verified, DigiHoper will initiate the refund within 7 working days through the original payment method or any mutually agreed payment method.

    3. Refund for Classes, Workshops, or Training Programs

    If DigiHoper takes payment for any class, workshop, webinar, course, or training session and the class is not conducted at the given date and time due to DigiHoper’s internal reason, then the refund of all eligible candidates will be processed within 3 days.

    This applies when:

    • The class was officially scheduled by DigiHoper
    • Payment was received from candidates
    • The class was not conducted at the committed time
    • No alternate arrangement was successfully provided by DigiHoper
    • The delay or cancellation happened due to DigiHoper’s side

    In such cases, DigiHoper will process the refund within 3 days after verification of the candidate’s payment details.

    4. Non-Refundable Cases

    Refund may not be applicable in the following situations:

    • If the client cancels the work after DigiHoper has already started the service
    • If creatives, campaigns, website work, ad setup, strategy, or project work has already been delivered or partially delivered
    • If delay is caused because the client did not provide required content, access, approvals, documents, or information on time
    • If the candidate misses the class, workshop, or training session after it was conducted on time
    • If the payment was made to a third party and not directly to DigiHoper
    • If the issue is related to ad account performance, platform approval, Meta/Google policy restrictions, or third-party platform limitations
    • If refund is requested without valid payment proof
    • If services were delivered as per the agreed scope

    5. Refund Processing Time

    For eligible service-related refunds, DigiHoper will process the refund within 7 working days.

    For eligible class, workshop, or training-related refunds where DigiHoper fails to conduct the class at the given time, the refund will be processed within 3 days.

    Please note that after DigiHoper initiates the refund, the final credit time may depend on the bank, UPI provider, payment gateway, or payment method used by the client or candidate.

    6. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, the client or candidate must contact DigiHoper with the following details:

    • Full name
    • Phone number
    • Email address
    • Payment date
    • Amount paid
    • Transaction ID or payment screenshot
    • Service, class, or workshop name
    • Reason for refund request

    7. Verification Before Refund

    DigiHoper reserves the right to verify every refund request before processing the refund.

    Refund will be approved only after checking payment records, service status, communication history, and eligibility under this Refund Policy.

    8. Payment Gateway or Bank Charges

    If any payment gateway fee, bank charge, transaction charge, or tax is deducted by a third-party payment provider, the final refund amount may be adjusted accordingly, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    9. No False Claims

    DigiHoper does not entertain false, duplicate, or misleading refund claims. Any refund request based on incorrect information, fake payment proof, or misuse of policy may be rejected.

    10. Changes to This Refund Policy

    DigiHoper may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with the latest revision date.
