By making a payment to DigiHoper, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Refund Policy.
All payments made to DigiHoper are accepted only for genuine services, classes, workshops, consultations, digital marketing work, website development, branding, or related business purposes.
DigiHoper follows a strict payment policy and ensures that every payment is recorded properly for service confirmation, invoice generation, and refund processing where applicable.
If DigiHoper receives payment from a client for any service or work and DigiHoper is unable to start, execute, or complete the committed work due to any internal reason or inability from our side, the client’s eligible payment will be refunded within 7 working days.

Once verified, DigiHoper will initiate the refund within 7 working days through the original payment method or any mutually agreed payment method.
If DigiHoper takes payment for any class, workshop, webinar, course, or training session and the class is not conducted at the given date and time due to DigiHoper’s internal reason, then the refund of all eligible candidates will be processed within 3 days.

In such cases, DigiHoper will process the refund within 3 days after verification of the candidate’s payment details.
Refund may not be applicable in the following situations:
For eligible service-related refunds, DigiHoper will process the refund within 7 working days.
For eligible class, workshop, or training-related refunds where DigiHoper fails to conduct the class at the given time, the refund will be processed within 3 days.
Please note that after DigiHoper initiates the refund, the final credit time may depend on the bank, UPI provider, payment gateway, or payment method used by the client or candidate.

DigiHoper reserves the right to verify every refund request before processing the refund.
Refund will be approved only after checking payment records, service status, communication history, and eligibility under this Refund Policy.
If any payment gateway fee, bank charge, transaction charge, or tax is deducted by a third-party payment provider, the final refund amount may be adjusted accordingly, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
DigiHoper does not entertain false, duplicate, or misleading refund claims. Any refund request based on incorrect information, fake payment proof, or misuse of policy may be rejected.
